The Pressure Project is Healthy Heart Nation’s community initiative focused on saving lives through awareness and education.
We go directly into our neighborhoods to provide free blood pressure screenings, teach people how to understand their numbers, and empower them to advocate for their own health.
High blood pressure is known as the “silent killer,” and it affects 1 in 2 adults in our communities. But together, we can change that.
