The Health Equity Lifestyle Project (HELP) Conference, is more than just an annual national event — it’s a powerful collaboration between the non-profit organizations Healthy Heart Nation and The Plantrician Project.

The Plantrician Project (TPP), in partnership with Healthy Heart Nation (HHN), is excited to bring you the HELP conference which will explore health disparities in at risk Communities and how Lifestyle Medicine can have a major impact on community health.
Understanding that where we live, work, play, pray and eat all play a role in positive health outcomes, the HELP conference will bring together a diverse group of clinical experts and researchers to discuss the relationship between stress and food insecurities on health disparities.
The HELP conference will also converge national leaders in business, faith sector, education, hospital administration, etc. to discuss the role of each sector in building the health of the community.
