Ashley N. Batiste, J.D.

Ms. Batiste is Senior Counsel in the Los Angeles office of Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP and a member of the Employment Practice Group. Her practice primarily focuses on complex wage and hour disputes, including class actions and PAGA representative actions. Her work also includes litigation of wrongful termination, retaliation, employment discrimination and harassment claims. Ms. Batiste has defended California employers in both state and federal venues. She regularly represents employers and organizations in court and administrative hearings. She also provides strategic advice and counseling to employers in various industries such as security, manufacturing, education, and food service. She regularly conducts investigations of claims and allegations related to wage and hour disputes, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and other workplace misconduct.

Ms. Batiste received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Oakwood University, and her Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law. Ms. Batiste is passionate about mentorship and inspiring young minorities to transform their lives through education.
