Diane has years of experience in both teaching and administrative experience. She is instrumental in providing high-quality education and care for children ages 4 months of age to Kindergarten in a variety of settings including licensed centers and licensed family child care homes.

Diane is involved in the organization EveryChild California which provides and develops leadership and education opportunities that support publicly funded early care and education programs for children. Her expertise is used in teacher training and professional development workshops and is a member of the National Association for the Education of Young Children.
