Micaelle (Mica) Alexis is an experienced executive coach and human resource leader with over 20 years of experience building high-performing cultures in Healthcare, Technology, and Fortune 50 industries. Mica is passionate about talent development and helping leaders learn and grow in their careers. She is a Certified Professional Coach with formal training from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), and accredited by the International Coaching Federation.

Mica holds a BS in Psychology from the University of Illinois in Chicago and an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources and has been instrumental in building development programs focused on championing equity and inclusion.
